    • Application Fee: This non-refundable fee covers the cost of processing your application, including credit, background, rental history, and income verification. It is required for each adult applicant.

    • Community/Admin Fee: This non-refundable fee is charged for the upkeep of common areas, community amenities, and for processing and administrative costs associated with leasing. This fee is not a security deposit and will not be applied toward rent.
